The Saturna Island Local Trust Committee gave Bylaw No. 146 third reading on September 28, 2026, after giving it first and second readings on the same date.[1]
The bylaw would amend Saturna Island Land Use Bylaw No. 119, 2018, by changing the notice period before an authorized officer or other designated person may enter property for an inspection from 24 hours to 30 days.[1]
