Staff will work with a community member to prepare a base map for residents to document historical logging activity on Saturna, after the Local Trust Committee approved the direction at its Feb. 16 meeting.[1]

The request came during town hall, where a resident asked for maps to help record island logging history using community knowledge. The minutes say the committee directed staff to work with the resident to prepare a base map for community use.[1]

In the meeting recording, trustees discussed preparing a map for community members to mark up, and the chair said staff should work with the requester on map preparation.[2]

The adopted minutes record the motion as carried and say the meeting was adjourned at 2:15 p.m.[1]

I think it would be good to have a motion for you to direct staff to provide for that.
